Opening hours

• From February 4 to 10, 2012: by telephone only from 10 am to 6 pm.
• From February 14, 2012: by telephone or at La Boutique du Festival from Tuesday to Friday from 10 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm. Saturday: from 10 am to 1 pm only.
• From June 25 to July 27, 2012: daily from 10 am to 7 pm.

General terms and conditions

A 3 € fee applies for bookings via telephone and internet.

Tickets can be neither refunded nor exchanged. The purchase of tickets is limited to 6 ticket in categories +, 1 and 2 and to 4 tickets in categories 3 and 4. Please check the performance dates, times and venues on your tickets. Casts announced in the general brochure may change. Cast changes do not entitle ticket holders to exchanges or refunds.

Operas are surtitled in French in all venues.

Certain seats do not guarantee visibility of the surtitles or offer limited visibility.

Performances start at the time indicated on the ticket. In order not to interrupt the performance, latecomers can only be seated during an intermission or interval and are not guaranteed their seats.

An interruption of the performance in the second half of its duration (excluding intermission/ interval) does not entitle ticket holders to exchanges or refunds.

If a performance is cancelled, refunds (excluding booking fees) can only be made on presentation of the original tickets, and can only be claimed within a month of the Festival’s last performance.

After this delay, no refunds can be claimed.
