We are pleased to announce that several artists of the Festival’s upcoming edition have been honoured this year at prestigious awards ceremonies.

Just 26 years old, American jazz singer Samara Joy has already won her sixth Grammy Award, for her album Portrait (2024). We are delighted to be welcoming her for the first time on 18 July, for an evening of swing music under the stars at the Théâtre de l’Archevêché.

Composer Francesco Filidei, whose new work Accabadora we will be presented at this year’s Festival, has also garnered two major awards: the 2026 Oper! Award and a 2026 Victoire de la Musique Classique for his opera Il nome della rosa, based on the celebrated novel by Umberto Eco.

Named “Révélation Artiste Lyrique” in 2013 and “Artiste Lyrique” in 2015 and 2018, Sabine Devieilhe has once again been honoured this year. This soprano, whose unforgettable Queen of the Night you will be able to hear this summer in the new production of The Magic Flute, has received her fourth Victoire de la Musique Classique.

We extend our warmest congratulations to these exceptional artists, and look forward to seeing you this summer when you come hear them perform!
