Thanks to the support of HSBC, the European Academy of Music will be supporting the professional integration of its young artists outside of the festival period. For the third year running, a group of the best artists from the 2008 Academy will perform concerts and recitals in France during the following season.
The 2008 HSBC young artists are :

Firstly a concert tour in France from December 2008 to July 2009 and secondly the production of a promotional CD of the HSBC Laureates 2006-2007-2008:
• Inaugural concert in December in Paris (private concert at the HSBC Auditorium on the Champs Elysées for 200 people) : November 28th 2008
• Concert at the Grand Théâtre de Provence (main stage) on April 3rd 2009 (with rehearsals in Aix on April 2nd) concert included in the programming of the theatre.
• A concert in France in spring in a town such as Lille or Bordeaux –depending on availabilities of the theatres
• A closing concert in Aix-en-Provence on July 4th 2009 (during the opening weekend of the Festival). Rehearsals on July 3rd
This year, singers from the Britten Pears Academy Britten Pears Academy of the Aldeburgh Festival are invited to join the Academy to take part in Master classes of Susanna Eken and to give a recital within the concert programming of the Academy (Le Passeport).
In the same way, artists from the Academy 2006 the Minetti Quartet are invited to give a concert for the Festival of Aldeburgh in June 2009.
