No refunds or exchanges.
Seats in cat 3 and cat 4 are limited to 4 per production.
Purchases of seats in cat+, cat1 and cat2 are limited to 6 per performance, for all operas, and for concerts in the Grand Théâtre de Provence.
We recommend you check performance dates, times and venues on your tickets on receipt.
Cast details published in the brochure are subject to change during the season and will not result in exchanges or reimbursements.
Operas are surtitled in French at all venues. Surtitles are not visible from some seats.
Performances start at the time indicated on the ticket. To avoid interrupting the performance, latecomers will only be seated during an interval. They will not be guaranteed the same seating as on their tickets.
Any performance that has to be cancelled more halfway through, excluding any interval, will not be reimbursed nor any compensation made.
If a performance is cancelled, the ticket price, excluding booking fees, will only be reimbursed on presentation of the ticket.
Reimbursements must be claimed within one month after the end of the Festival. Beyond this date, no reimbursements will be made.
